testing conversion page

hello

i have different pages that i want to test

for sales

1. salespage with video, copy and 2 optins
2. salespage with video, copy and no optins
3. salespage with video, copy and 2 optins ( double optin)
4. salespage with video, copy and 1( double optin )and floating optin( single optin)
5. salespage with no video, copy and 2 optins ( double optin)
6. salespage with no video, copy and no optins


for optins

7. squeeze page with video and one optin ( single optin)
8. squeeze page with one optin( single optin)


can anyone tell me if i have missed anything out ?

also i am using the google squeezepage tester - is it recommended and do you have any advice on how i can set up the test? i have been told to test each page for 100 conversions but so far i dont know much about testing pages

also is a there a quick way i can test with quick traffic? as others know i havent had much luck with my traffic so far ( seo nothing, videos nothing, articles not much) i am looking at facebook fan page for a quick way of testing the salespages can anyone recommend any other quick way to split test?
