Video On Astral Projection (Out-Of-Body-Experiences)

I have website on Astral Projection (Astral Projection - Amazing Journeys Outside Your Body) that is giving me consistent sales since the last 2 years.
I've kind of neglected this site all these years, but now i wanna completely re-do the sales page and make it more attractive, more appealing, and more informative.
One of the elements i want to add is a high-quality video. It might seem silly to a few of you....but I have no idea how to create a video, and that too, on an obscure topic as Astral Projection.
Any suggestions?
If i decide to outsource this, what are the prevailing market rates?
