Ways to scan/eradicate malware from websites?

INTERNET MARKETING

Client says that many visitors are getting malware warnings while visiting her website.
This is wordpress install.
I did not detect anything although i do not have thorough way to check it.

Any decent tools to do malware check on PHP-based sites?

I just visited the site and Kaspersky antivirus says it has malware.

Sucuri SiteCheck - Free Website Malware Scans doesn't detect the malware.

The best way to check for malware is to check the timestamp of your website files.
If you see some unknown php files recently added or modified make sure you see the codes if it has malicious code inserted.

Anyone else could confirm/deny Kasperky's detection?
Some paid clients to her website are going beserk.
The question is whether Kasperky is giving false positives or actually detects something that no one else can.
