How to effectively send out emails

INTERNET MARKETING

Hello,

Just have some email questions.

We have a scraper and get a few hundred target emails a day.

My question is this:
1. How many can I send out a day from my personal ip address?
2. Whats the best way to send more?
3. I can change my ip on my computer and is that necessary?
4. Is there a better way?

If you scraped the emails, and start sending spam that could get you a call from the FBI or similar authorities.
