Are we allowed to link to other people's WSO's in our WSO post, as long as it's not an aff. link?

I know we're not allowed to do it in our signature, but are we allowed to link to other people's WSO's in our WSO thread post?

It's like recognition of someone's WSO. For example:

I would like to give thanks to
WSO Link

Can someone please point out the rule to this? Thanks.

  • Don't think there's a rule. Just ask the help desk, perhaps.

Or perhaps a moderator will see this thread and answer.

  • Yeah, I didn't see a rule on that. It won't be affiliate links. Just a direct link to the WSOs. These will be inside the first post.

    • In your own WSO? Sure. Go for it. Hell, use an affiliate link if you want. You're paying for it, and it's not like there's a rule against being promotional in paid ads...

Just don't do it in a post in someone else's WSO. That's naughty.

  • Erm..I would imagine if you are the one who paid for and owns the thread, you can link to whomevers WSO in your post provided it is not an affiliate link as WSOs stand for "Warrior Special Offer."

I think a more important question is, why would you want to spend money to do so?
