Here is a list of sites I came up with that you can place classified ads for free. I'm going to use them to promote my new blogs. I havn't checked all of them out yet, but will. If there is anything bad to report, I will post here. I hope this helps those of you looking to generate free traffic.

    What? Craigslist is still free and always will be. Only posting in the jobs section costs money.

      There are a ton of sites to place free ads...don't expect any good results from any of them...trust me..you will find that the amount of time you spend posting will not make it worth your time...

      Craigslist is free except for some parts of the job market section..
