When submitting to Goarticles,

What is the maximum amount of articles can we submit on this directory per time (per day say) on a new account??

and can we have many pen-names on goarticles?

I dont think GoArticles has too many rules, and limiting content submitted doesn't sound like them at all - and yes you can use other names.

goarticles has a very lax submission policy, which may be one of the reasons they are generally regarded as less 'professional' than ezinearticles...

Assuming google sees them as 'less professional', will this hurt their Page rank with google at all? I don't think they receive as much article submissions as ezinearticle does. Or what do you think?

I don't think it's Google who sees them as "less professional". I think that's just what people THINK about them. GoArticles responds much more quickly and much better to a backlink campaign than Ezinearticles EVER has.

I think the "less professional" thing came up simply because EZA happens to be a marketer's favorite for some odd reason. Both article directories are Page Rank 6 and have thousands of backlinks already.

Do you get plenty of traffic from GoArticles?

Well, that might be something to think about. However, it's MY article that sits at the top of Google for the keyword I chose. So even if people have 'syndicated' it without the proper resource box, I am the one who is actually getting the traffic from the article.

GoArticles is hands down the best article directory for backlink campaigns as they are the most sensitive and respond faster and better than any of the others when they are getting backlinks.

      Really?

Angela, that thief copied my article and submitted it as if it is his own article (that's copyright infringement). To be more clear ...

He posted his picture as being the author's photo, posted his name as the author's name, removed my resource box including my links and added his links and his resource box. According to ArticlesBase, he did this also to other authors.

If this happens to you because GoArticles doesn't care ... what traffic are YOU getting from your article?

Well, that is really a terrible thing to do.

What I meant as far as "traffic" goes is that it is my article with MY bio box that is at the top of Google for the keyword the article is optimized for. So the people who find it during a search are going to find my article, not his.

However, again, this is an awful thing that this person is doing. No doubt about it. And yes, I wish GoArticles would respond to your complaint about this and do something about it.

In the meantime I found a blog from their network and I commented on a post about GoArticles. Finally the article was removed and I was notified by email

What it's still strange to me is that after my notifications, only ArticlesBase checked the other articles posted by that thief on their site. They noticed more articles stolen and deleted everything. Bravo ArticlesBase!

P.S. I forgot to add this:

You're right and wrong in the same time Example: my article with my bio box is at the top of Google on multiple positions (EzinesArticles, my blog, InternetMarketingNewswatch, Digg). My article with the thief's bio box is not there. However, the ezines directories where he posted my article shown multiple visits for the article. Google is not alone and some traffic comes also from the directories themselves.
