Data theft Help Please !!! :(

Hello warriors,

I had been blogging about tablet computer from a while and today i found that all of my articles were copied word to word by a site. I mailed them to remove my articles as they were published without my permission but they refused that. Its very hurting as all those articles were well researched and about 750+ words

Please help me What should i do next ? Since i dont know how to copyright i had no copyright for any of my article.

Can i file a DMCA complaint without any copyright ? can anyone please tell me how to copyright your content ?

    Just file a DMCA to their host. That will get it taken down pretty quick

      Thanks but i had read that it (DMCA complaints) works only when your blog is copyrighted. Mine blog was not copyrighted Can you give me any resource where i can learn how to copyright my blog ?. I had searched a lot on Google about this but cant find a single satisfactory resource.

      If your website's PR and traffic is higher than his, you don't even have to worry, your articles will get indexed before his and google won't even care of this guy's website.
      Its not about Google cares or not. Its mine work how can he take it without any information and in return he is kidding me via mails sending all kind of silly stuff.

        Well, what you read is pure nonsense. I've sent out hundreds of DMCAs and my content comes down within 48 hrs. The minute you write something original, or create original artwork, you automatically own the copyright to it.

          My suggestion is:

          Go and COPYRIGHT it right now! Reason.. The slimeball likely did not...

          Here is a video instruction how to Copyright it for $35... You want WRITTEN work and for $35, and within 8 minutes, you can have it Copyrighted...

    If you live in the US, all you have to do is put a copyright symbol on your blog and that's a legal (albeit ghetto) copyright that will apply to any DMCA notice you want to submit to anyone.
