Looking for a stats program

Hello;

Happy Easter everyone.

Does anyone know of a stats program that really drills down to where the traffic is coming from?

I got a recent 'unexpected but good' spike in traffic and neither my default Cpanel stat program nor google analytics indicates where that sudden flux of traffic came from.

Appreciate the input.

    I've only ever used it on WP blogs so I'm not sure if this will be relevant for you- but I always found that StatCounter is an effective and accurate program for analysing traffic.

    I use piwik and it works really well. There is a visitor log that shows the stats of each visitor to your site and how they got there.

    I really like getclicky.com, and it's free for one site but if you are putting it on multiple sites then there is a fee

      I too like Statcounter. It is free (for a certain log size) and allows for multiple sites' stats to be displayed in a single location allowing for summary reporting with drilldown to the details. Congratulations on your traffic spike.
