Pick Your Primary Business Carefully
As we all know in this industry there is a LOT to choose from. The majority can provide some extra cash but nothing to live on. You need a good primary business in order to really make this a full time job. So what makes for a good primary business?
- You need to believe in your product 100% - Ask yourself, would you want your family to purchase this product from someone else if you were no longer here? If you win the lottery tomorrow would you still use the product?
- Is your product a NEED or a WANT? - There are a lot of great and fun things people sell. Many of them are something that people just want. You will have much more success with things that people NEED and that can help them and provide value.
- Is there a market for your product? - You could be marketing the best thing since sliced bread but if the market is saturated it does you no good.
- Is there competition? - How many other companies are selling the same type of thing? The more there are the harder it will be to show the value of your product.
