Oh no, I can't get into my Wordpress blog!

INTERNET MARKETING

I installed some security plugin the other day and now i'm having trouble getting in. I put in the correct username and password [i've checked loads of times to make sure everything is correct: upper case, lowercase, no spacing etc.] but it keeps blocking me out :confused:.

I thought I could get around it by getting a new password but now, it doesn't even recognise my email address

. I'm regretting installing it now, clearly.

I even whitelisted my ip address on it just to make sure. So much for that...

On instant chat with Hostgator now. Why are they so incredibly slow to respond? I've been on for 30 minutes already and most of that has been waiting.

If hostgator can't help - use ftp software to connect to your site and delete the plug-in from the plug-ins folder.

If you have access of the sql database, you can reset your password there.
