Emails to potential clients are marked as SPAM

Hi
Some of my emails to potential clients are getting rejected as they perceive it as spam. Some auto-responses from them have 'SPAM' written in the subject line of the emails I sent them, just as you would with some spam emails. Not sure if there's a way to get around it?

Google & Yahoo have prevented some of my emails to get sent to clients. Am considering using another email account provider in another account to do mail outs, kind of a fresh new start.

What does your past online marketing experience suggest?

Btw, I sometimes send 16,000 emails via YMLP (Your Mailing List Provider) in one go, or in batches of 100s via Google Main in BCC.

All advice is welcomed.
Thanks.

Hmmm, you are sending unsolicited emails to potential clients and are wondering why they are being flagged as spam?
Do you not know the definition of spam?

None of them are private email addresses, just companies. If that helps.

Get them to double optin on aweber this way they gave you permission and you will have no problem. All emails I send out are from optins and I get maybe one person in a year forget and tell me it's spam but it's rare.

Get permission and you are all set!

I have run into a similar problem before and this is what I learnt:

If you have a website then use the corresponding e-mail address. This can be easily setup by going to your hosting provider's c-panel.

Additionally check out this article, contains most of what I need to say:

I think you already said it. "...they percieve it as spam." If they do, then it is.

That's a lot of emails at once ... Regarding that, mind the "from" and "subject" line. Not to mention the HTML code of your email as well ...

Refer to this doc: CAN-SPAM Act: A Compliance Guide for Business | BCP Business Center

Plain and simple, people are marking them as SPAM. They are unsolicited emails. How did you get these email addresses?

Yes i have to agree with the previous point. Not really you can't do this, but that you should not do this and how on earth can you question whether its spam or not when you are sending 16,000 emails that unsoliserted.
