Some WSO order links -> Clickbank processor. why do this? and how is it done ??

INTERNET MARKETING

Some WSOs have their order button pointing to a clickbank order link

(instead of W+ or JVzoo)

how is this done?
why is this done? the advantages ?

and using Clickbank, how are the buyers 'email and name' captures on aweber ?
(as W+ do it easily - by entering the list name)

-but using cb, how is their email captured, and transfered to aweber?

Clickbank takes a rather high % of the sale.

But the benefits of Clickbank is that they will manage your affiliate program for you.

Well not manager per say, but take care of tracking and payments to affiliates.

Which is well worth it, if that is the direction you are going with your product.

It's just personal preference

It also depends on where you get your JV partners from and the Niche

You do it the same way you setup a JVZoo item or a Warrior+ item

  To collect an email address when selling via Clickbank you would have to insert a squeeze page or sign up form somewhere in the sales process.

You could put a WSO through any processor, even 2CO or PayPal. However, a WSO is supposed to be at a special, lower price than you sell it anywhere else.

I guess it could be sold through ClickBank at a lower price only if it is kept out of the ClickBank marketplace. Once it is in the marketplace it would be open to anyone through ClickBank at the same price as the WSO.

...Unless, of course there is some way to let ClickBank handle the product at two different prices - one as the normal price, and one as the lower WSO price.

The only problem with using Clickbank for a WSO is generally speaking, you're probably cutting for profit margin pretty narrow to launch a WSO (as it's supposed to be cheaper). Clickbank often has people using their own affililiate links to get a "discount".

So you'd have to price your product less than retial for the WSO, but make sure you have enough margin to handle 50% of your asking price.

You can place an CB order link on any page using this link...

item.vendor.pay.clickbank.net

item is the item number, vendor is the vendor id...

pretty sure that's the correct way...

As for collecting leads - you can direct them to an opt-in page through CB after purchase or you can use systems like DPD to add them automatically.
