Warrior Networking Event - Orlando Discussion!

Greetings fellow warriors.

I'm all fired up for the Warrior Event in Orlando Sept. 28 - 30! The point of this thread is to generate general discussion of this upcoming as well as past Events. Here you can share your experience with Warrior Events you've attended in the past, what you are looking forward to at this upcoming Event, advice for newcomers such as myself or whatever you want.

Personally, I want to plan ahead and set myself up to get the most out of this opportunity possible. Any suggestions for preparing would be greatly appreciated. So far, I plan to

ensure that I'm in top health
know what I'm looking for and what questions I want to ask
travel light
bring a notepad and extra pens
bring a laptop
have business cards ready to go
have a travel itinerary
prepare for bad weather
make sure funds are in order and expect the unexpected

Here's a few broad questions for those experienced the get the juices flowing...

What's a typical Event like? What are your favorite parts of these Events? What do you hope to get out of this upcoming Event? How have you specifically benefitted from these and similar Events? What do you want to do differently this time to optimize your experience? Any problems you've encountered while traveling?
