I have a training product which comes in three versions. The basic description is the same for each.

Should I have one sales page offering buyers the choice, or should I have one sales page for each product with cross links?

    that all depends on how they differ from one to the other.

    is one like a basic, another intermediate, and another advanced?

    you could offer upsells on the higher value ones

    ie

    basic $47 -> if they buy, on the thank you page, offer the Intermediate at say 40% discount, if they buy the Advanced offer a 60% discount.

    if they buy the Intermediate at $67, offer them a 60-70% discount if they buy the advanced .

    This will drive your backend sales up!

      It's three versions of the same product - a beginner's computing course. It comes in three versions for three different software packages. I think I might try three separate pages and see how it goes.

    If they are different offers with sales letter, you should put them on seperate pages.

    This is a common tactic really especially to expand into other niches or subniches. Create one product but different offers and sell the product from not just different pages on same domain but different domains altogether.

    Sometimes with and sometimes without changes to the product, depends on what it is. Software for example can easily be cut down to offer less or more features and the price is based on the version offered.

    Info Products can have more or less, video's, mp3, webinar, teleconference and physical component mailed to them etc.. Depending on the version you offer you can have more or less content.... Pretty easy to do once you have the core product. Though don't be fooled into thinking you have to create this product yourself, there is many good PLR out there that people will be more than happy with.
