Suggestions needed: Getting Affiliates for our New Product

Hi warrior friends!
I was wondering if someone good give me some pointers on how to get a nice bunch of affiliates for our new program.
Up untill now, we have pm'ed some people that offered to have ads on their list, but im not sure if that would be the best approach.
We also made a thread in the warriors classified ads section, but we didnt get a reply at all.
Our product is selling really well, but we would like to continue developing a new project and it would save us time.
Any help, suggestions and pointers would be appreciated!
