It looks ok to me.

@ lakshaybehl : I think there are too many color and distracting. You may want to get some opinions on your sales page.

  Actually, I have been split testing a lot of colors on a separate domain with the same copy.
  
  I think there is no perfection. But anyways, I will try to tone that down.

  I think it might be the font. To me it looks fuzzy or squished. I have the screenshot, where I can I send it. I would upload it to my server but I'm not physically in a place where I can do that right now.

  You may want to remove the BOLD tag from your headline as the font you are using (IMPACT) does go "fuzzy" when you make it bold.
