Paypal - How do I assign paypal buy no html to an image on my website?

I already have my own Buy it now image and I want that image to point to paypal. I don't want to use their generic looking buy button. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

Essentially you just use the link PayPal gives you for using in an e-mail (instead of the button code) and hook your own button graphic to it.

    Hey There,

The easiest way to be to use some basic HTML coding. Here's how you do it:

Firstly, you need to have your image uploaded somewhere (i.e your website, photobucket....) Take not of the size of the button, height and width.

Also take not of the PayPal link people need to visit to pay for your product/service.

    Insert the following code:

    <div><a href="The Link to Buy on PayPal"><img title="buy-now" src="The link of the button you would like to use (i.e yourwebsite.com/button1)" alt="Buy Now" width="176" height="28" /></a></div>

You need to configure that code to match your needs. So replace the "The Link to Buy on PayPal" text with the link for PayPal. Replace the "The link of the button you would like to use..." with the url for your chosen graphic. Be sure to set the correct size in the "width=" and "height=".

And there you have your working PayPal button. Just remember HTML looks a lot harder than it actually is. Once you pick up the basics, it is pretty easy to figure the more complex things out.

    Hope this helps

    Have a great day,

what you going to have to do is go to your paypal account go on Merchant Services at the top of the page then go to Website Payments Standard and then when you get in there choose the button you want buy it as you have said then fill out your information in the form and then generate code then click the email tap and copy and link it to your buy now button you want.
