Have you tried using the Gravity Forms for WordPress?

I am about to purchase it but I just want to hear your inputs about it first. I have watched the video on their homepage it looks very promising.

We need a web form which is secure since we're collecting credit card info.

If you anything about a similar plugin, please let me know.
