Have 2 Books Plus Site - But Strategy

I was wondering if I could get a few perspectives from others on this.
Here is one of my situations.

I own the copyright to two books I wrote a long time ago but are now out of print.

I also own a very old domain name which comes up in the top ten.

So I have been studying the forum here, and learning that unique original content, a niche, and a relevant (preferably aged) domain name are key, And I have those things. But I am not sure the best way to bundle up these elements so that customers and affiliates get a good deal and I make a little honest money from what I have.

I actually have masses of content - some previously published, some not, in various niches, because I am an avid researcher and writer. But the above is the most pressing situation for me because I cannot work out whether in fact there is any value in it at all.
I am not expecting anyone to tell me what to do
But maybe someone from the outside, used to viewing content from an online perspective, may have something to say that could help.
Many thanks.
PS: I am not in search of big bucks. Just a few

I would put both books in kindle, and use the domain to create an author blog.

Then you need to promote everything.

If you do this and you really know what you are talking about, pm me. I will post the info in my site, it is something my friends might be interested in.

Kindle is a great platform for you if your not wanting big bucks as with all the books on kindle going up it is devaluing all the books on there.

Now I think your asking what to do.
    Make a checklist like.
    Get website up and funnell.
    seo website,
    maybe ppc

There is alot involved but if you start with a quality website and add content to it on a consistent basic and market that website you should do ok if you have a solid product.

I agree that Kindle is a great way - and easy for your situation - to get everything up and running in no time. Use the website/domain as your author/book blog to promote.

The other idea is to take your books and create a digital product out of them (one or both books, for one or more products). That way you could put it on Clickbank and get affiliate that way.

Another idea is to take the book content and create a membership site from it and drip out the content over time or deliver it very simply via an autoresponder.
