Thanks for the tip. I have checked CJ.com. They mostly have Resume services types of offers for job seekers. I have tried that but my subscribers are not very keen on it.

That's a tough niche to monetize.

Have you considered biz op CPA offers?

Lots of people looking for work are open to starting a small business.

Small Business idea is cool. However, people with employee mindset usually shy away from personal business set up, considering it as a risky venture.

It's true but the biz op niche is mostly marketed to unemployed people.

You can also try promoting some paid survey products on ClickBank.

I would suggest finding trying to sell them some online books on how to work from home. It may sound a bit like scam, but you could write yourself or just resell some ebook to work from home - many people who do not have job are tend to spend money on knowledge on how to get easy money.

research shows 90% of job seekers are employed.. so your readers think they need to get better in some way to get the job they want.. so by sending them products in the areas mentioned above..
you are likely to see a surge in sales..

Market your results to recruiters and sell ad space on your site and possibly in a newsletter if you have one. Segment your list well and you might get some recruiters paying you to email market for them.

The audience of my website are job seekers, looking for a short cut to get hired or switch their current job. They visit the site, scan through jobs they fancy and start posting their CVs. Most of them follow the herd mentality, applying to a job whether they fit the bill or not, and then they email me, expressing dissatisfaction that they are not receiving response from employers even after applying to 15-20 jobs.

Now, I would like to educate them on the job application process. I would also like to sell them CV writing services (I have tried but only 2 out of 100 are interested).

Another hurdle in monetizing the site through mailing list is lack of online purchasing power in my target demographies (Pakistan, India, UAE). I have noticed that my target audience (job seekers) are usually suspicious of stuff sold online, considering it scam. So the best bet seems to be diverting them to niche Adsense enabled sites.
