For aweber broadcastes, how many complaints do you need in a % range, to raises alarm bells from awebers point of view?

and how many complaint % have you had? and what happened as a consequence?

Hi,

You'll see orange boxes around the broadcasts with high complaint levels, try to stay under 0.01%. (they now show this as a number of complaints not percentage)

If you start having regular complaints Aweber will contact you and request that you resolve the problem.

when you do a broadcast, you can get complaints from subscribers.
