Making $1000 is a lot easier if you're willing to spend $2000 in the process. Spend $2000, make $3000, that's a $1000 profit.

It is possible, but if you don't have the experience and time is the factor - it's much tougher to do. Because you could start your own high ticket service such as coaching, consulting etc - However, experience is needed, and so is time.

This business gives no shortcuts, you have to grind and even sacrifice some things to make it work. A quick offline strategy would be to find some items that you no longer need or use and sell them on craiglist or take them to a pawn shop and get a loan so you can get them back if you like.

Listen, I remember back in 2009 I learned the hard way. After so much projects and expenses I needed to come up with some cash. I had a Xbox that was just sitting there, I took it to the pawn shop got a loan for like $90 and I turned that $90 into $2,900 within 1 week when I put out a product.

So sometimes you have to sacrifice for the bigger payoff, you'll find a way. Good luck

If you could make a $1000 in 7 days with just beginners knowledge then surely everybody would be doing it? Building up your income level to that will take a lot of time and effort. If you can, then your best bet would be to get in touch with some offline companies and offer to design websites for them.

hi Samuel, sadly internet marketing is not a get rich scheme as most marketers may make it seem, you need to be passionate about your niche. it took me 3years to get my feet on the road. However, If you have a mentor and mastermind group it will take you a shorter time to get there. good luck!

At most I see you doing $100 your first week, and that's if you get lucky and find a way to channel free targeted traffic to a decent offer. I ALMOST recommend looking at a the WSO section and picking up a method around the $10 that uses free methods to implement.

But there are so many threads that are free that you could probably just use your copious time to find a decent way to funnel traffic.

You need to find 50 buyers who will buy something which gives you a profit of $20 on each sale. I have found this to be a very achievable figure.

You need a sales page with great copy which converts at least 10% of the traffic. That means you need 500 targeted visitors to your site in 7 days.

Now the question is what to sell and where to get traffic.

What to sell: An eBook with quality information. I know everyone tries to do it, but the fact is that so many people are everyday coming to IM for the first time that the demand is always there.

Traffic: Aaah, the big T. Your aim is 500, which means around 100 a day for 5 days. Let's say you work for 10 hrs per day, that means 10 visitors per hour.

I would try selling my offer in forums, Twitter, Facebook, and perhaps in blog comments. Yahoo! Answers is another good one.

Finally I would also buy two Fiverr gigs of IM lists as backup.

If you are looking for a quick buck, then affiliate marketing is pretty much out of the question.

Making $1000 online in a week would be difficult based on how much you are willing to spend. It takes money to make money, and if you are looking to make a quick buck, this becomes especially significant.

If I were to put myself in your shoes, I would probably scour the internet for a great product with an amazing sales video. After I have found a product worth investing in, I would then purchase ad space. Simple, risky, and not for the faint-hearted.

Protip-Make sure that the sales pitch effectively launches the "three-pronged attack".

Prong one-Video-For people that like to watch.

Prong two-Text-For people who like to read.

Prong 3-Audio-For people who like to listen.

Sit there and create a product and squeeze and sales page and when done start contacting JVs or run an msn or adwords campaign and collect leads. Presell then sell the product via email.

Sign up for aweber for a dollar trial.

Google and msn wony charge you right away so you can run the campaign now and they wont charge you until later.

You might want to google some of that ready made content, like the ebook titles and the sales copy, and see how many other copies of those ebooks are out there.

I had the same concern of these eBooks being all over on the internet because the original author must have promoted them well.

But bundling all the eBooks as one offer on fiverr or a single squeeze page sounds like a good idea.

You also need to find markets and niches where making a 'sale' will be as easy as possible.

So consider all those markets and niches where you'll find 'desperate buyers' because the sales will be the easiest to make.

Desperate Buyer are the prospects who are in need of solutions to the problems they have, and they are more than ready to pay you, if you can provide the solution.

Of course you have many other things to consider, but it begins and ends with the market and niche YOU choose.

I'm afraid the 1K goal in seven days isn't just realistic for you. Considering the fact that you are new to the business and must work about a month or more to utilize all your tools and potential to generate that amount of money.

It would have been different if you are experienced already, with ready products to offer, and you simply have to market them. But, even if you offer a firesale for all that 100 ebooks that you have, I am not sure you can generate that much. One great way to your first 1K online is to get started now. Be patient and work hard, in a couple of months you'll see all your hard work pay off.

I would say, your best bet is to win the lottery.

Every person that I have ever seen come online to make quick cash (Especially $1000 in a week), has failed horribly. In most cases they are in debt from the tools they paid for from trying.

If there was a way to make that kind of money when first starting out, the people in this thread would be millionaires. And if that was the case, they wouldn't be in this forum trying to help you out.

No one can give you an answer to your question. It is all theories and do you really want to roll the ball on some theories? If so, you would be better off just giving me the money you would be spending so you would have a good feeling inside that you made someone else happy

All kidding a side. You have to make a choice, Understand that setting an unrealistic goal is setting yourself up for failure, but anything can happen and it would be per luck you made that goal. Unless you have a very unique skills that someone will pay allot of money for.

Or setting a realistic goal and understanding that you need to put money aside. Then sit down and make a business plan on what you want to do, learning the right strategies/mindset in generating a real income for long term.

"Money will blind you from making money." <<<<<< I say this all the time.
It is something you should always remember.

#1 rule when making money online "You Need To Have The Right Mindset". How to make $1000 in a week is not it.

Sell away your adobe master suite CS 5.. Use a portion of them to buy media for affiliate product. Offer your services in fiverr, WF, elance, etc..
Create multiple streams of income.

No guarantee that you will make $1000.. But definitely can make some money.

Well I can tell you I have made $1000 in less then 7 days from the first day I released a product.

What else I can tell you is, there is no way your going to accomplish what needs to be done in order to do that in 7 days. :confused:

You could always write a 'short report' of a 'full ebook' that describes how you 'do business on the internet.' There are hundreds of people that want to 'do business on the internet', but do not know what it takes to get started. Example: The 'short report' would be a summary about how 'You' got a host and a website. The 'full ebook' would be a step-by-step-guide with your affiliate link to the host and a wordpress website that you sell yourself (or) an affiliate link to a turnkey wordpress website. Go into as much depth as possible on everything that you did, i.e. after the website is online go into traffic methods, etc.

The method described above is the main source of my online income. Over the years this has grown to 150 clients that pay me a monthly fee to add a new website to their online business portfolio.

With your own resources and experience you could do the same. One tip = automate everything as much as possible and treat your clients professionally.

What do you need to money for? Is it to pay your rent?

If you only need to earn the money in 7 days and don't need it in your bank within that time, if you have access to a printer you could create some flyers for a CPA offer which has a good payout i.e. an eCigarette offer then put the flyers in highly targeted locations where smokers hang out.

If the offer payout is $40 then you'd need 25 conversions, which is doable if you put out enough flyers and don't just cover one area. The good thing about this method is that it doesn't require any time consuming knowledge or months of learning, you just need a captivating flyer which grabs people and a memorable domain name.

Unless you already have a solid rep with good testimonials from customers, I don't think that earning $1000 in 7 days is viable doing that though because even if he charges $10/article he'd need to sell 14 articles per day, very tough as there are already so many established providers there already.

All you have to do it provide some discount offers at a great price and have your first few customers leave a good feedback. Maybe not $1000 but some mid to high $xxx for sure if you are just starting out.

I was thinking and thought of a more realistic way to get you $1000 in 7 days (for what ever reason).

Go to the bank and take out a loan for the minimum loan available. Around $2000 is the minimum for most banks.

Now you will have your $1000 you wanted and $1000 to start setting up your income for online. Join a good membership to teach you the skills you need to start understanding what it actually takes to make a good income online.

Pay for a good squeeze page and start building your list.

Then you will slowly start making money to pay that bill for that loan. You will only get better and start making more money where you will profit from.

Then you can use your "wisdom mixed with knowledge brings success" philosophy and make allot more money.

This is not a cheap shot. This is the only way I can truly think of for you to get the money your looking for in such a short amount of time and start building an income online for your future.

Why does almost every advice be about spending money to make money? Making money online can be done for FREE! You don't need to invest in any type of software or e-books as there is almost most certain a free version of the same software and e-books (scattered around in blogs and forums like these) you are advising people to purchase. IMO you only need to invest in such items when you do not have the luxury of time to do the research yourself and need the answers handed to you straight away in one complete package.

Sam since you are unemployed and have the luxury of time my advice to you would be to R&R. Read and Research.…Read and Research until you acquire the knowledge you need to make money on the Internet. Do not rush to spend your money and do not rush to get into business online until you have felt your Reading and Researching has thought you enough for you to be able to successfully start out on your entrepreneurial quest.

  First, I want you to know that is definitely possible to make $1000 in 7 days online. There are plenty of big name people who have done millions in a day so $1000 in 7 should be doable.
  
  Now, I want to address the 800 lb gorilla right now with 2 quick thoughts.
  
  1. Shouldn't the prerequisite for answering this question be that you have proof of making $1000 in 7 days?
  
  2. Do you think that internet marketing is a way to make money or a business?
  
  Question 2 is important because I think that if you are not looking at IM as a business then you will not do what you need to do to see results. It takes more than just putting up a squeeze page or posting a "click here" link. You are addressing customers, not just their wallets.
  
  Having said that, I will say that you most likely will need to release a product to some pretty hungry buyers AND the content in the product would have to be so good that none of them would want to get a refund.
  
  Then you would need to recruit affiliates to send you traffic, and if not then you would have to use that $20 bucks to pay for traffic, which wouldn't last very long at all on any platform that I know of.
  
  My suggestion would be, since I haven't made $1000 in 7 days, to make a plan to find a new job. Work your job and then sign up as an outsourcer so that you can gain the skills you need to further your "advanced beginner" knowledge.
  
  Once you have a job you can take care of your expenses at home plus you can use all of your outsource worker money to build your internet empire to $1000 a week or even a day.

That isn't true. It depends on how commited and motivated enough he is to take action as obviously just scouring through this thread and reading people's suggestions won't get results. There are various ways as already discussed that can yield results quickly without taking weeks and months to learn methods or spend weeks waiting for a site to rank.

Most people who start these type of threads probably don't take action though and the ones that do probably become stuck then throw the towel in or they jump from method to method instead of focusing on one thing.

It's probably best to focus on a range of methods to attain $143/day so if some don't produce results then there are others, but not too many so you don't spread yourself too thin.

Why not take all of this free advice on this thread from all of these experienced Warriors, cull it over and rewrite it, create a WSO and do a product launch in the WSO forum and get JV's to promote it? This could all be done in a week if you're a good writer with great copyrighting skills.

Firstly, why on Earth do you have ALL those tools if you've no clue what to do with them?

But if I was you, I'd be looking to provide a service. $1000 is probably a bit too much of a stretch BUT I would certainly look at offering a service as it's the quickest money you'll make.

Can you write... Design... Talk... Make videos... Think of something, use that $20 to get listed here on WF (think it might be a bit more) and cross your fingers!

Hi Samuel,

This is how I would do it.

Go to local businesses and tell them that you work for an experienced web design firm. Ask them if they need a website or need an update to their website. Go to enough businesses and talk to enough owners. You will find someone.

Ask the owner what they are looking for in their new site. What features do they want. What is most important for their customers to know when they land on their site. Ask them to identify 2-3 sites that are similar in design and structure that they like.

Tell them you need to run the project by your programmers and will have them a proposal in 1-2 days. Come back here. Ask me or any other warriors who know about offline marketing to give you a quote for building the site which you can then up-charge or to partner with you on it.

Do a few of these and your goal could be achievable. It would depend on the number of projects you could bring to the table and the terms of the deal. But whatever path you choose whether a service or a particular path in IM just pick one and actually do it. Succeed or fail you will learn and get better as long as you don't give up.

Along these lines but I would make it even simpler...

Offer a free 1 page website to every business owner you can walk into in a week.

You simply collect the information they want put on this free 1 page website and charge them $50/month for hosting. 20 free 1 page websites = $1000 in hosting. Make it cheaper if you want but just means walking into more businesses.

You could always add-on a mobile-enabled version for extra small fee.

And keep in mind that big hosting companies out there will pay you a nice little retainer for signing a client up with them.

Then simply outsource the 1 page website setup for $5 or $10 on places like fiverr or look for developers on outsourcing websites who can crank them out.
