Great list. If you use a list like this make sure you do some testing. I usually try to do a minimum ad spend on any new source and put the results into an excel spreadsheet. That way I can build up a new list of sites that work well with my offer. And if you create dramatically different offers then you need to test all over again. Big job but well worth the time as you will know exactly what works and what doesn't with your particular offerings.

I would suggest to start small..
with 2 to 3.
Master them first..
make sure your funnels converts..
then scale !

nice advice theo.

When I first started PPC I blew $800 bucks, but I was not building a list.

Make sure you are sending traffic to opt-in page, and make sure you keywords, ad, and optin page all match, and test test test like crazy.

Some services work better than others, depending on your niche/offer/adcopy. I'd definitely recommend starting off small with a few different networks. Track, test, and tweak until you get a sense of what works where... and then track, test, and tweak some more.

PPC etc. can be very effective... but it can also drain your wallet pretty quickly. If you just throw some money at it without proper tracking, testing, tweaking, and scaling, you will not be happy with your results.

I have seen some people post some of the smaller pay per click companies here in this thread and I have to tell you that some of them are not good and send you very bad traffic.

If you are going to use any of them to test them out, track everything.

Bing, Yahoo, and Google are all good.
