Accuracy of Microsoft commerical intent?

Hey has anyone used the tool below when determining whether a keyword is a buyer or a searcher keyword? If so how accurate do you find it to be?

    I have tried it, but it told me that a few of my highest converting keywords had no commercial intent, and that many keywords that weren't converting at all had high commercial intent. Maybe it was just the niche I am in, but I found it to be quite inaccurate.

    I think you can usually guess using common sense, but you will never actually know what the keyword's commercial intent is unless you actually test the market and try out the keywords.
