Web Design Businesses: Quality Control Documents/Software Solution
I work for a successful web design business. We're upgrading out quality control documents and would like to ask if anyone knows of some good software to help with the process or any templates other business have used to record and document the process so we know everything has been checked and we've not missed important points.
The hard part is providng a document that effectively logs what has been done and if it has been "signed off" so we know it's up to standard.
A software solution would be most efficient but we're currently working from paper documents.
