Yes you do need to pay the monthly fee and then you need to request permission to promote each and every product you want to promote. Until a vendor manually approves you, you cannot promote their product.

I would also suggest fattening out your profile on this forum if you plan on promoting offers. Myself and other vendors have a lot to lose by approving the wrong types of affiliates because it is an instant pay setup. So I will only ever approve affiliates whom I know personally or have a proven track record on this forum.

Profiles like your own with only 8 posts and no profile pictures, etc wouldn't get approved by me. I'm just being honest with you. There's just too much to lose by approving the wrong people. Added to that is the fact that about 95%+ of affiliates only ever send 1-2 sales, if that. Most send zero. So there is a lot more for me to lose than gain by approving random affiliates.

Keep that in mind when you are approaching vendors and requesting to promote.

Another point, if you are new, take the time to explain how you will promote the offer when you request to be an affiliate.
