Does anyone know of any opt in plugins which can do this?

    You don't need a plugin to make that.

    You can make it with a web form creator. Just add more text boxes.

  • Wow! They are so many! If you website is in wordpress, simply search for "forms" and you will see a ton. I don't used them, because I like to code my own ones.

    Think probably I did not make myself clear. I know there are many plugins which can create opt in forms. But I can't find any which can spilt up a long opt in form into step 1, step 2 and step 3 as show in my link above. As I am not proficient in HTML or jquery as show in the example, I am hoping that some plugins can help me turn a webform into a wizard with jQuery as shown in the link.

    Any suggestions?
