What are some profitable niches in Clickbank?

Hi guys,
I am getting into promoting clickbank products and I wanted to find out what are some profitable niches in clickbank. I read that there are lots of competition in the IM and health niche. I am not sure if I should start promoting in the IM and health niche or some other niches. So, what are some profitable niches in clickbank.

Well, there are many of them. Evergreen niches are good, things like Dating, Weight Loss, Make Money Online, etc. However, smaller niches are extremely profitable as well.

I would recommend starting with a niche where you are certain there is a high level of potential customers and you've seen proven success. I would look for a niche that you have knowledge of or at least an interest in. Anything you can use to give you leverage helps, for example if you're a personal trainer then the perfect fit would be muscle building or weight loss.

Just make sure you research and learn about your niche, you'll find the more you learn about your customer's desires and problems the easier it will be to provide solutions to help them.

yes the health and wellness, stocks, forex, and relationship niches have been very good to our businesses over the years. The best is the relationship niche. If you enter this niche, and list build you can not only do very well, but kill it.

Those are some good niches. Should I start building lists in the niche or just start promoting them directly to the offers?

You're kinda getting into it backwards. You shouldn't start by deciding you want to promote Clickbank products but instead start with a niche you know about or think you can exploit and then scout out products which you'll promote on Clickbank or elsewhere.

Stick with niches you know, have experience in and enjoy otherwise you'll get bored easily and probably give up.

Just because you may like a niche, or have experience does not mean you will do well.

Technically speaking, the niches I mention above do well, and we have done very well over the years. I do enjoy some of these niches, but what If I found one niche doing much better than the other...in terms of profit, but I do not enjoy the subject of that niche, do i give it up. NO WAY! it has nothing to do with it, test niches, and see which ones give you the best results, and go after those ones. If you enjoy it, it just makes the work load a little bit more enjoyable.

These days I outsource 90% of my work, so I do not need to enjoy that niche, just get people to get the work done for me and collect paychecks. win win!

I actually like tackling some smaller niches where there is not as much competition....There is a lot of money that can be made in those niches....And obviously promoting products in the dating, weight loss, IM niches work well too....But sometimes working the less popular markets can be very profitable...

    Hi....

If you are just starting out, I would focus on the highest paying niche that you already and experience and knowledge in. Too many people try to market in niches that they simply don't know enough about to create any products or services of value.

There's a great chance that you can combine what affiliate marketing offers into a niche that you are already comfortable with. Don't make it harder than it needs to be.

    Hi Kenny,

I'm sure you already know that the make money online and health niches are profitable. Some other profitable niches are hypnosis, the arts & entertainment music niche, and the Cooking, Food & Wine : Recipes niche. These are extremely profitable niches that are a little more off the beating path.

You will not get a direct answer here. Actually we can not suggest you a niche if you do not have good command on that niche. So put some niches here that you have interest in or you have knowledge. Then people around here will be able to help you to select the niche that may help you to generate some revenue

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the inputs. I am looking to promote forex products as I have some knowledge in that field. I have written an ebook about some forex strategies. And I am looking to build a list by giving out the ebook on a squeeze page & I will probably look into promoting clickbank products to them. Also do any of you have experience with forex niche? If so, how do you effectively go about promoting in this niche?

Every single niche can be profitable. As long as you know enough about it. I like the Im and the basketball niche a lot. The basketball nich is small with not a lot of competitors which made me start there.

You need to research the gravity of a product but you also should avoin to promote items that you have not used or are at least familiar with. Nothing will kill your online credibility faster than referring someone to a scammy or non functional product.

Good point, here. Learning to avoid products with high gravities was (for me, as for many others) one of the key components in moving from "not making a living" to "making a living".

The easy but serious mistake is to imagine that a high gravity figure means a product's selling well, and that that makes it a good one to promote.

Explained in more detail in these posts ...

Ultimately, believe it or not, it's all about whether you want to sell jeans or skating videos (just an analogy). Most people want to sell jeans because "everyone wears jeans". This is misinformed, misguided thinking. Your chances of making a living by selling skating videos are at least ten times as high - maybe a hundred times as high, and there are reasons for that, and they're good and valid and reliable reasons, too. I wouldn't fear big markets. There will be lots of competition but also lots of people and traffic.

No such thing as an untapped niche. If it's untapped it's because it's not worth tapping.

Passion vs profits. That's an age old debate. If you're brand new, knowing lost about a niche certainly CAN help and will also serve you if you (very WISELY) stick to one thing and become the master at that thing. You'll rule the niche.

Money can be made in any niche as long as you've got the staying power to keep cranking love after everyone else has given up.

I made money in the "how to cure yeast infections" niche...and I'm a dude...a yeast infection free dude. :-)

I'd definitely say that dating and weight loss are some of the most popular niches on ClickBank with some of the best sales pages I've seen. But at the end of the day you have to know how to send good leads to their sales pages. Good luck!

how about golf niche? I think it's doing well too.. I think you should just jump to any niche that has many hungry & desperate buyers. Like MMO, get your ex back, weight loss, etc.. Don't over think the competition. You'll get your shares too

I'm really pleased that that seems to be how most of my potential competitors feel about it, too.

They can all compete with each other in those niches in which a million marketers are sharing the pie, rather than in the small ones in which you can far more easily cut yourself a really thick slice.

Maybe they haven't read this thread or even this one, and don't quite appreciate that the biggest and most well known niches are perhaps also the ones in which the highest proportions of aspiring marketers fail.

Also the most competitive, the most difficult, the most people marketing the same stuff over and over, possibly?

The IM niche has the most 'clued up' people in it in that nearly everyone you are marketing to is trying to be a marketer themselves so they know when you are marketing to them and how it all works....this isn't usually a good thing.
