Have you seen higher optin rate using a standard optin or a FB optin?

I'm going to be segmenting my list which will require me to create a new squeeze page that I will send out to my subscribers so they'd optin to a sub list.
I was wondering if anyone on here has seen a higher optin rate using a standard optin (ex: Regular form where the visitor can enter their email) or a FB optin where it automatically grabs their details and all they have to do is accept it.
I'm curious if you saw a higher conversion rate.
