Managing multiple email accounts

Hi all,

Newbie here. I have my first web site up with 30+ pages and am starting the link juice process this week. My question is around managing emails. With all the various accounts I will be creating, has anyone found a good way to funnel all emails to a single place for managing? I guess I'm mainly concerned if I have a hosting account and several blogs, how would I easily see any comments made by visitors?

For example, if I had 3 web sites, sports, cooking, and gardening, then:

- Would you create one gmail account and funnel all hosting, blogs, etc. for all 3 sites to that one account?
- Would you create a separate account for each of the 3 sites?
- Would you leave them all as is and send them to a mail server like Windows Mail?
- Which tool or email service is best, especially to avoid interfering with my personal networks?

I've had multiple gmail accounts before, and it's a pain switching between them. I'm looking for an easy solution to avoid all the logging in and out of various systems, and also to not interfere with my personal accounts and social media accounts.

Any suggestions? I hope my question is clear. Thanks, everyone!

    • I'm actually swaying towards Thunderbird. You can do the gmail thing (sending them all to 1), but if you use the wrong reply from address, you'll look like a tool lol

It has taken me a few attempts at Thunderbird because I'm so used to gmail. But, I'm liking it now.
