Out Sourcing Agreement

Hi Warriors,

I am recruiting 2 full time article writers in one of Asian countries

My main worry is copy and paste / plagiarism stuff

I am thinking to enter into some sort of legal agreement with them not to steal content from some where else [even though I will be checking their content with software but still want peace of mind]

Has anyone done some sort of such agreement before? and if yes, how and what should I do?
I am looking for your kind advices.

Its a nice idea to ensuring that you are guaranteed quality and to guard against copy pasting or plagiarism.
I haven't heard of such legal agreement before
checking out for any suggestion too

You can certainly add that into the agreement, but then what are you going to do when the violate it by copying/pasting other people's content? Would it actually be worth your time and money to pursue them in court? And even if you did, you have to consider jurisdiction and the very real possibility that you won't get anything out of them because they're already broke.

why not buy copyscape and do checks before you pay them for the content? Only way round this i think.

All of my writers have work for hire agreement that covers all of these things. I don't pay upfront (I have a weekly pay set-up). If an article doesn't pass Copyscape and other checks, they're not paid for it. Period.
