I forgot my yahoo mail password which i don't use for a long time, the phone no & the alternative emails were fake. Now how can I get the password can any one tell me.

    Well it was a pretty stupid thing to do to give fake recovery Email addresses and a fake phone number.

    I don't see any other way you can get back in. Even if you contacted Yahoo and begged they wouldn't let you in.

      Actually many days ago some one opened me this account and he give that fake email & phone. And long time i don't use this mail, but i want to use this. Anyway thanks

          Sounds more like he had trouble getting his own account, so someone else opened one for him under false pretenses.

          In which case, I agree with Joseph - he's SOL.

            I say this from experience! I once could not get into my Yahoo mail no matter what I did, none of my security questions would work.

            After speaking to a representative on the phone, I still could not get in as it seems that my account may have been hacked and the security questions were changed, according to the rep I had no choice but to create a new account.

    Contact yahoo and tell them that you no longer have access to the alternate email and phone number. Let them take it from there to verify who you are and reset your password.
