Looking for a List of Membership Site Compatible Themes or Plugins

I'm looking for some feedback on different types of "Membership Site" themes and or plugins for Wordpress.

I've had a very hard time trying to find these kinds of themes using a standard Google search.

I'm only asking in terms of the design or look. NOT a plugin that protects content like Digital Access Pass or WishlistMember.

For instance, you can use Optimize Press for the membership pages of a membership site even though it does not protect the content. Although maybe in their new version they can do that as well.

Also the themes or plugins would have to be mobile responsive.

Currently I'm trying to use themes that are not specifically designed for membership sites and I'm having problems with the menus. I want the sales menu not to show when the members are logged in. And I want only the sales menu to be visible on the non-member pages of the blog.

When members are logged in they should only see the Members Menu.

I'm also using InstaBeauty Lite theme but it has very little control of the design of the template.
