What are the critical things to watch out for when launching a New product in the IM niche?

Things to consider when choosing Payment Processors, Affiliates, Sales Funnels, doing a Pre Launch, Setting up Affiliate contests, handling Refunds, Affiliate payout intervals, tracking etc

    The main things you want to make sure you have are a bunch of really good affiliates who are lined up and ready to promote, a good product, and great after sales customer service. All the other technical stuff is really easy once you give it a go. But what will determine how well your launch goes has a lot more to do with the points I listed above.

    The day of the launch, make sure other big name guys are not launching on the same day otherwise fining JV's will be hard for you.

      Great tip. Is there any way to pin point this information? I can look into Warrioor forum and JVZOO Marketplaces but do you think anywhere else I must be looking for?
