How you get more referrals

I would like to know on how you guys have many referrals.. for example, some affiliate network or CPA networks provide referral link to promote their website.. and we get some commission once our referral make a sale. I have seen someone from this forum have over thousand of referral.. and I know that he's not a lone..maybe someone here can help me out..

    The best way to get referrals is to ASK FOR THEM...EVERYWHERE you can. Family, friends, business colleagues, customers, etc. Always ask for referrals because it costs nothing but potentially earns you a great deal.

    Just getting referrals won't earn money for you as many times, the referral simply signs up to learn more and doesn't put in any effort after sign up to earn money.
    And, you don't get paid if they don't earn money. What you need to be doing is looking for a few good referrals, proven winners in marketing, not just massive quantities of people signing up with your link. Then work on building your team, training the people in your downline. That will help them earn more money for you as they earn money for themselves.
