.... and not others?

An example. If you go to Google and type in "Margaree Family of Churches" (without the quotations) -- it shows you the main url of the website, and underneath it, 6 other listings for the website in a table like format.

Why does Google do this for some sites but not others?

Don't hold me to this, as I'm far from as knowledgable as most on this forum.

I'm sure its something to do with Webmasters, "Rich Snippets" or something like that.

It has to do with breadcrumb navigation. Rich snippets and authorship can add a picture next to your results etc. I do beleive that the scrolled tabs below the search result are because of breadcrumb navigation being set up on the site and/or good hierarchy and structure of pages.

Probably just breadcrumb navigation though, as google likes sites to have it, and part of google webmaster guidelines says that a visitor should be able to get to the homepage of your site on any other page of your site.
