Tactfully Handling JVs who Don't Email Their Entire Lists...
These are set up as in "we each email our lists to cross promote each other's webinars, you promote for me and I'll promote for you".
The problem, is that occasionally (20%+) of the time, they'll say they will email their entire list, but fail to do so. I know because I didn't get an email promoting whatever they agreed to, in my anonymous 'seed' email account I'd set up to check these things.
Years ago I'd just simply not work with them ever again. But I realize now maybe I should include some incentive to all jvs who email 100% (other than aff commisshes; since these are lead-generation swaps), to boost email rates.
