I'm a big fan of http://www.PhotoDune.net (not affiliate link). They don't have as large of a selection as Shutter Stock or iStockPhoto, but their prices are way better. Hope that helps!

You can search on the search engine, by typing your keyword & free image, you will get many free sites to download your expected Images.

Royalty free or Completely free? If you want royalty free, there are many sites to find them with a simple Google search, because with royalty free, most companies will have you pay for the initial use of the image but they will not require you to pay ongoing royalties for additional use.

But you need to be careful of a trick often used on websites offering free images. While browsing, you first see not the free pictures but the paid premium images, leading you to a pricing website for a particular picture:

Royalty free images aren't necessarily free.
Also, take note of the time that you spend to find a decent free picture that's royalty free.
If you can buy a really good one for $1, then don't spend more than 6 minutes to find a free one if you make around $10 an hour (extrapolate where necessary)

There's a huge difference between FREE and Royalty Free. Anyway, here's a list of FREE stock photo sites. But you need to be careful about using photos from these sites, always check their terms first.
