Does anyone know how to get videos that have annotations on them... and be able to get rid of the annotations so there is a clear video?

How do people on youtube get their videos in the first place?

I know you can embed the YouTube videos but I want to know where or how there getting the videos to upload on to YT.

you can pay people to make videos for you.

annotations is something that is created and attached after upload. if there is annotions on the raw video file already, there's nothing you can do.

I always make my own videos- if you're looking to use someone else's videos then you can add annotations afterwards, to remove them you would have to use some video touch up software. This all sounds like more trouble than it's worth.
