how do you withdraw your money, do you get a good rate withdrawing it to your bank account given payment are made in $?

Im not sure what the best way to get it off the site to get the lowest amount of fees.

Paypal is good to get money but it takes it's Fee.

Also try PeoplePerHour.com over oDesk and Freelance

I know on freelancer they take more commissions depending upon your membership level for example 10% compared to 3% if you are premium.

Paypal they take 2.3% along with skrill... They say bank deposit is free but not sure if that is available in the Uk... wire transfer is a flat rate of $15.

okay told me they send in GBP, so their is only a $1.99 fee on oDesk side.

But I am more interested in what conversion rate they are using.
