Disclaimer and Privacy Policy Templates for Squeeze Pages?

Hi Warriors,

I'm building up my site which consist now from a squeeze page, since I want to build a list. I would like to add Disclaimer and Privacy Policy page, but I don't know where to find any templates to start with. I have searched from Google, but not found any.

Where I can find such templates?

I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me with this or provide me a ready made templates.

The problem is disclaimers and privacy policies need to relate to the content of your site what you do with private information.

Example: A disclaimer for a financial stock site will be different from one about medical products.

For the privacy policy, why don't you spend 5 minutes writing down what you do and don't do with any private information someone provides. You're done, and the result may be better than a boilerplate template me or anyone else provides. For a squeeze page it might be: "We will keep your email private and not disclose it to others." Or, it might be: "We sell names and email addresses and you should not expect any privacy in your sign up information."

If you are getting information from minors there may be additional issues. Your profile says you are in Finland. I don't know Finland law, so you should also check for specific requirements imposed by local law.

Just type privacy policy generator into Google, having a generic privacy policy is better than not having one at all.

This is why you don't get advice from random people on forums with no expertise on a topic.

Having a privacy policy that does not match your actual actions in handling private information is worse than having no policy at all because it means you are making misrepresentations. The legal consequences for making a misrepresentation are worse than not saying anything at all.

It's a squeeze page. Whatever you do with emails, or would like to do with emails, just say it.
