Do People Use Forums to Make Money?

Am curious and want to know if people can use forums to make sales if yes. Then how can one do that?

      Unfortunately too much! This forum you are on, there are "experts" ready to sell you ways to "earn $9000 this month", and if you read another post, you can "set up automated income streams in 24 hours". How about "Simple and effective method for making $100 per day"?

      So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

        But seriously I agree with you to a certain extent but there are some experts here who are totally genuine and have helped many, many, many people free of charge here at Warrior.
        To name a few are Andy Henry, Wags, Allen Says, Paul Myers, exrat, Cavanaugh and countless others who have massively contributed without any expectation of receiving any compensation !!

    Absolutely...forums can be amazing...the traffic i have generated from my sig here at Warrior has been great...I have made money here directly from IM's, AND I posted a $20 ad here that has made me more than $7k since March...$20 for $7k, not a bad investment! Granted, mine is a SERVICE, but a sale nonetheless. Once you focus on helping others and truly adding value here, folks will take your seriously and trust you and many will check out what you do. Offer a product or service that is helpful and legit and you WILL make sales...if your product is not IM based, but another niche based product, same philosophy applies, just search out the different forums.

    I have created several products from problems that people have talked about in various forums (most non IM related). One of my biggest sellers a few years ago came from problems I read about in this very forum!

    I have a line of products on the drawing board right now taken from peoples pain in another (non IM) forum. It will be my biggest income planned for a few years.

    There are tons of decent traffic forums in most any niche you want to operate in.

    Sign up for at least the top 10 forums in the niche you operate in.

    Participate, help people, provide insightful, interesting stories, comments etc. and you'll get noticed and so will your sig file.

    It's 10x easier to be an expert/knowledgeable in niches outside of the IM niche if you don't have the experience etc.
