On the bright side, they're mostly harvesting contact information to send spam mail to you and not to steal your finance credentials. Even so, might be a good idea to update your important logins, especially those that shares a common password.

That's disturbing. Even if they are just going to spam those people endlessly, the passwords are out there. So those might go into some type of database to be sold too. It does not hurt to change passwords often for this very reason.
