    Good video.. I have learned to stop judging myself.. It's ok to have a feeling, but don't judge yourself for it!

    One thing I am really working on is being more happy with myself, and changing the things that cause me to be unhappy with myself.

    We can change our lives by changing our minds, it is a process of rewiring our mnd to the positive things and pushing out the negative things..
