A little greed can help...
When you are too lazy to exercise....ask yourself...'what's in it for me'..and the answer will be health, energy, better sleep, nicer body and so on.
When it comes to working online....especially if you work from home, it can be easy to get lazy, and so I have begun to ask myself in those moments when it would be easier to simply putter around the house....if I go to work...'whats in it for me?'
It is an excellent motivator is those 'not-so-motivated' times.
So when you are feeling lazy...answer the question....'whats in it for me?'.
