Need Solution for my social networking site !!

I am a webmaster and holding several websites. I need a solution for one of my social networking site having more than 43k users. Mostly are from Asian Region. Previously, I was using Google Ads on my site and it was earning me well but few months ago. Google banned my adsense account in case of risk to their program. My only source of income from that site was Google Adsense because it was paying me Good. I did nothing wrong.
Well, after using Google, I used several other ad networkings including CPM ad networks. But it was not earning enough to pay me expenses. What exactly I need is that a solution that how can I earn from that site. I have enough users but can any one can share their ideas and logics ??
