Subliminal programming?

Has anyone been using subliminal programming? You know, the stuff what's hidden from the conscious mind, but gets registered by the subconscious.
I thought to give it a try, and so I made a mind movie in Flash with some images with the things I would like to have. Overlaying this, there are affirmations, which are visible only a fraction of a second (1/24). Watching the movie, I can see that some text flashes here and there for a moment, but it's impossible to read it.

A thing I have always dreamed of, but not really got a chance, is traveling. So, with other stuff, there are three pictures of planes, one of them from Swiss Airlines. One of the affirmations with that particular picture is "I'm a customer of Swissair".

I have watched the move for two or three days, I think around ten to fifteen times a day. And guess what? Today, just before I started to write this post, I kind of absent-mindedly surfed the Internet. When I came to my "senses" again, I found that I'm on the Swissair's website and my mind was active on looking for the registration button! You know, this scared me a little. I never thought that subliminals were that effective. Should I cancel the whole thing? Who knows what this hypnotizing can make me do.

The important thing for all kind of reprogramming is to allow it. If you used to know you have no chance for something, just change your belief that you NOW ACTUALLY HAVE. Together with your method this will work like charm. Hope this help.

Sounds like you need to tweek your messages a bit. Instead of "I am a customer of Swissair", try "I have plenty of money and time to travel" or something similar. You can be a customer but it doesn't mean you have the time or money to afford to. I always say with affirmations, be careful what you wish for (or how you word them).

A good example of this is from a post I read somewhere (sorry can't remember where). The OP's big aspiration was to be financially free. Well she became financially free when she became homeless (no bills which is free from debt). I haven't tried subliminal programs but from your experience sounds like you need to be extra careful to avoid this.

Thanks. Allowing is especially hard, since it seems like giving away control. I know, the feeling of being in control has been actually an illusion, but still, it’s quite difficult to allow something that I feel as totally alien to take over. But I think I’m going to continue with the track.

Thank you, I’m certainly going through all the subliminal affirmations to check if there may be any problems in them.

It's ok that you use 'Swissair' as long as you think it's the good airline. If you could think of more suitable one, feel free to change. The more specific affirmation you use, the more specific result you get. You can also specific other concerns : What place do you go? You travel with who? What the weather is during the trip? and anything you would like to happen. Lots of money for travel? - write it. New shoes for travel? - just write it. It is necessary to recheck the affirmation to make sure you write only thing you really want.

To be very specific with usual affirmations is probably advisable indeed. But I really don't know if it's such a good idea to make subliminal messages very long with all the details. Maybe they should be more general and more on the feeling level, like "I'm happy", "I have abundance" etc?
Also, how much stuff can the subconscious mind get from a 1/24 second timeframe?

PS It may seem stupid, but I made the registration with Swissair and they now have my email and phone number :-). I thought that if I don't do it, it might become a block.

Massages don't need to be that long to be specific. Look

I happily travel on warm Hawaii
I have a nice trip together with my lover
My business produce 2000$ a week

According to theory, this is unlimited. But since the frame rate is 1/24. it shouldn't be more than 24.

That's fine, but let me tell to one thing.
As you set your intention to travel happily. If something on the way feel uncomfortable for you, you can choose either brush it off or just try it. If you choose to brush it, maybe it become a block, maybe not. But that doesn't matter as your intention are much stronger(As you already allow yourself to travel in someway you already remove the biggest block.). Your mind will find other way to overcome and you'll find yourself travel happily anyway. Cheers

    Sunray,
    this sounds like powerful stuff.

I herd some gossip that Frank Kern uses this stuff a lot. Can anyone verify that or if any of the big guys use this stff?

It's all about the vibration you send out - the more you get into the feeling of it happening right now the easier it is for you to mold the image in your head of the perfect situation & to vibrate in harmony with that. It's easy to adjust your vibration once you get the hang of it and then manifestations will follow swiftly.

You can think of traveling but you can still vibrate: I don't have enough money to travel because I'm stuck in this sucky job.
And you don't get what you want - you get what you vibrate

@Rob: Most of the "big guys" use this - it's the 'secret' to success. Most people just go into their day reliving their past while most successful people consciously program their future & build their dream & actually move forward when moving forward.
Frank Kern once told a story about how he did an exercise: "What would your perfect day look like?" - He described it with location, customer relationship, family, sports, etc. ...and then he showed everyone where & how he now lives. It's exactly what he described before. It's freaking powerful stuff
I create my day every morning - everyone should...

Awesome post!! Every morning I try to mentally create my day and set the "vibe" for the day. While things pop up that can drastically change that image and vibe you've created it still helps to shape your day in a much more positive way. It also makes it much easier to deal with those obstacles and issues that pop up every day.

Awesome You're what I call "in your Vortex" then or "in the zone", where nothing can really distract you from your dream because your edginess is gone and you don't respond to those 'shiny objects' - frequency specific as your dream and not responding to the environment great!

Sunray, subliminal programming operates below the threshold of consciousness; being or employing stimuli insufficiently intense to produce a discrete sensation but often being or designed to be intense enough to influence the mental processes. If you unlock this, you can do a lot of good things! Have you heard of mindmaster.tv, maybe this can help you understand it. Good luck!

@TommyBenidict Are you the owner of mindmaster software? Nice to meet you. I'd love to see your opinion for my question down there in this forum (I am not allowed to post a link but the topic named 'Best setting for subliminal software')

It's not one word per frame I have, it's the entire phrase on one 1/24 of a second timeframe. Flash allows to change the framerate up to 1/120, but 1/24 is the default setting, and I thought it is just fine.

I think resistance is part of the process anyway. As I use the Flash video I have made, I sometimes feel resistance before watching it. Something inside me tells "no, I don't want to do it again". But after watching it for a minute or so, I feel calmness and joyful sensations inside.

Thanks. On your site I found that you recommend the affirmations to be 10 words at max. Two of my affirmations were 12 and 14, so I changed them.
