Seriously though, I've read a lot of Paul's stuff over the years and heard a lot of his speaches and lectures - seriously good stuff, he knows hypnosis and the human mind, human habits, patterns of thinking inside out - he's got a fantastic way of looking at things and hes a great teacher - can really get his message across in a simple way and make people understand it.

I am going to share my story of how I began self-confident after years of falling flat on my face

I lacked self-confidence and i used to listen to self-confidence tapes before i had anything major . My tone of voice changed . I spoke louder and sounded more convincing

as it began to work I found that I was very concerned about listening to hypnosis tapes because i don't know what else is there .

I don't want anybody else controlling my mind

So , I stopped listening

But i was lucky . I met people who were truly confident and they didn't listen to hypnosis like i did . they always seem to go for it . Going beyond what else taught was impossible

right before my very eyes , I see them doing amazing i never dreamt was possible

Soon , I got over the idea that things were very hard and i ask them to help and they gave me some pointer and soon ,I started doing as well

People including myself were astounded at what i could do

My self-talk changed because of the results i was getting . I saw it as easy now

The same me who was very shy and reclusive

That is story of how i became truly self-confident

how long do you find it takes before you start seeing a change and how often would you listen to the cd?

I trained with him - he's great. BTW, I'll be releasing a self-confidence WSO soon which is based on hypnosis and will include master reseller rights. Develop yourself and make money at the same time!

I believe that mediating on great advice and teaching is more beneficial to me. The reason is is that I know there is power in hypnoses and I dont want to ingrain the wrong thing into my mind.

You just be attentive dealing everyday matters, don't consider your self inferior; these are the keys to boost up your self confidence.

I AGREE Whole-Heartedly! Self-Hypnosis is an EXTREMELY powerful tool to utilize to re-program one's subconscious mind for Success!

is it ok to listen to while sleeping?? is it more effective or does it make a difference?

If you research the actual benefits of hypnosis, you will not find much that can be proven. Many well know docs(Freud among others) thought hypnosis could have promise, but they all abandoned it when they could not get beneficial results.

I'm not sure what result you are looking for, but you might try the book "Creative Visualization" that combines affirmations with meditation which becomes similar to hypnosis.

I have watched perform with confidence hypnosis video and it is really very interesting. It is very helpful video for beginners who want to achieve peak performance in competition.

I just love Paul McKenner. Unfortunately these videos are not available on Youtube due to copyright issue. I had a big problem of stammering. My confidence level was zero. I searched a lot over internet on how to get rid of it. I found some medical explanation on how to reduce my problem. But it couldn't help me to improve my confidence level. I read a lot of blogs and found few of those effective. Which helped me a lot to improve my confidence.

I extolled my virtues to the point I hit rock bottom.

It was an up and coming ... well this thing packs a punch and it's so good that makes the brain swirl.

Hypnosis can awaken the subconscious mind. a good way to strengthen yourself.
