PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Has anyone read this book by Zappos's founder? What made me buy the book was how he sold a 2 year old company for nearly $300 million. I'm on page 23. It was recommended to me by a client. I now joke with him and say, "anything else I can do to deliver happiness, my friend?"

Yep, bought it on Amazon! Very good book, easiest business book to read that I've put my hands on in a whiiiiile.

I haven't read it yet but I do know about him. Please keep in mind that for those results to happen you have to be in the right place at the right time.
I'm not trying to denigrate anyone's accomplishments (not a "oh, he was just lucky" speech), only that you can't necessarily except to get the same results in another time period.
Then again, I do believe that if you stick around long enough you will be at the right place at the right time. Maybe you will take 10 years to sell for your company for 300 million, for example. So don't get frustrated.
